International Orders We ship worldwide via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — delays due to customs processing may occur.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Refused Shipments If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
